The Demo-Room of the center plays a vital role to keep the students in touch with the latest Multimedia Package & Programming Software's. The Computer Demo Room is equipped with the modern teaching aids like Projector, Slides, & a Highly Configured System. This division updates our courses from time to time. Institute gets R & D support from centralized R & D division which has so far produced more than 70 titles of books and all course related manuals. Faculties are well equipped by transparencies and charts. R & D division aims to provide world class training material. Constant updating and formulation of extra curricular activities are part of our relentless efforts. Full range of computer books right from operating system to the latest module is available in the library.

BIIT is the first organization in the country to provide a wide range of books on Fashion Designing. Company has ushered a new era in the case of Interior Designing. This is the first time in the country that any organization has offered Interior Designing course through correspondence along with a well-structured 11 books on this subject. Though Interior Designing is a practical oriented subject but Heights has proved that this subject can also be taught through correspondence as well. Though there are hundreds of

communication skill development schools in and around our city but no one has got proper study materials to provide to the students. BIIT can proudly claim regarding the same since it has got books on effective communication, spoken English & personality development courses.
